RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order.

We extend this to 28 days for unopened goods.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns of:

  • Unopened 50 ml bottles

  • Items in original, sealed condition

Opened fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Samples are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting returned goods, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will include:

  • The cost of the product

  • The standard outbound shipping cost (as required by law)

We do not refund upgraded shipping services.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Provide photographic evidence

We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost:

  • Contact us

  • We will investigate with the courier

Replacement or refund will be issued once confirmed.
